Is Missouri a real College Football Playoff team after routing Florida?

Missouri hammered No. 8 Florida 45-17 and jumped from No. 25 to No. 14 in the AP poll, with playoff models now giving them roughly a one-in-three shot. The SEC schedule doesn't get easier from here. Are the Tigers a genuine playoff threat, or did they catch Florida on the wrong day?
