Yamamoto struck out 10 over seven innings of one-run ball as the Dodgers beat the Braves 3-1 in Game 3 to take a 2-1 NLDS lead. He keeps raising his level when the stakes go up, and Los Angeles now has its ace lined up for a possible Game 7 or the NLCS. Is he the pitcher you'd hand the ball to with a season on the line?

Skubal is still the best pitcher on the planet.

Interesting take. freeman's homer helped, but this was all pitching.
Freeman's homer helped, but this was all pitching.
Braves just couldn't adjust.
