Should small businesses publicly call out rude customers online?

A Massachusetts ice cream shop went viral this week after posting a blunt message slamming rude customers for how they treat its young staff, then clarifying it wasn't aimed at any one age group. Plenty of people cheered, others said a business shouldn't shame its own customers. Where do you land?
