Would a hack like the one at ASOS put you off shopping on that app?

by pushNotifPanic656 votes

ASOS app users got a push notification on Tuesday that the retailer says was sent by someone without authorisation, apparently via a third-party messaging platform. The company says names and contact details may have been accessed but card details and passwords weren't. Would that be enough to make you shop somewhere else?

    Every retailer gets hacked eventually.

Card details safe is the only thing I care about.

Third-party platforms are always the weak link.

Fair point, but card details safe is the only thing I care about.
